New Condo Project to hit East 30th

vancouver realtorThe Bagga family, owners of Trafalgar Enterprises bought a site on the corner of Main and East 30th Avenue back in 2007 which is now home to a new condo project.  The development will house 22 condominiums and two townhomes.

The entrance to the building is on East 30th Avenue.  A retain space will take up the most part of the ground floor while one and two bedroom and den suites will be offered the upper floors.

The development, entitled Majestic on Main, will have hardwood floors in dark wood.  Light walls will contrast the wood and an open concept living space will flow throughout.

The townhomes will also have five piece bathrooms, built-in closets and custom vanities.  These lofts will have fifteen foot ceilings and come in at 785 square feet.

The top floor suites will have nine foot ceilings.  Some on the East and North sides will also have patios.

Thanks to the Olympic Games the area is becoming increasingly popular.  The area saw the development of the Hillcrest Community Center along with a swimming pool, public library, skating rink and fitness center.

Some of the suites have stunning mountain views and all will offer a good community feel.  As far as real estate goes, the building is in a great location.

Right across from the development is Queen Elizabeth Park.  The area attracts both families and a younger crowd.

Like Kitsilano homes for sale, the location of the property and values are doing well here.  The feel of the place really makes it an attractive buy for those seeking to get into the market.

The Townhomes go from $414,900 and condos from $399,900 and occupancy begins in the Spring of this year.
