Kitsilano Property goes for $150,000 more than Asking Price

The latest in this trend involved a Kitsilano condo that went for a whopping one hundred and fifty thousand dollars over the original asking price.

The Kitsilano condo located at 2475 York Avenue, boasts two incredible private balconies, one in particular that overlooks the ocean.  The exposure allows the owner a beautiful view of the city, ocean and mountains.

The two bed, two bath home for sale Vancouver was a perfect example of the continued heat in the market.  The listed price of this property was $799,000 whilst the BC Assessment price for the year was $768,000.

This 1,087 square foot condo has well proportioned rooms, hardwood floors, ensuite laundry, and a natural gas fireplace, all of which make it a perfect bet for both those looking to upsize or downsize.

Two parking spots, storage and an amazing location made this condo sell for an outstanding $950,000 in total.

In Richmond another condo sold within only a few hours of having been listed.  In this case the buyer made an offer before even having seen the interior of the three bedroom, two bath condo.

The Richmond condo went for $445,000 and is located in the Red 2 development right near the Kwantlen Polytechnic University, restaurants, transit and shopping malls.
