Some of the suites have stunning mountain views and all will offer a good community feel. As far as real estate goes, the building is in a great location.
Right across from the development is Queen Elizabeth Park. The area attracts both families and a younger crowd.
The Townhomes go from $414,900 and condos from $399,900 and occupancy begins in the Spring of this year.
